Phil Berg: Obama’s Iceberg?

While millions attended Barack Hussein Obama’s inauguration, seems the unsinkable ship “Obamantic” might have sprung a small leak. Not that anybody really noticed. But rumbling deep below is water flowing in while people play with ice on the deck. One man, a lawyer, seeks an answer to one basic question. He’s attorney Phil Berg, and he wants to know whether Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States?

It’s a simple question requiring only a simple answer, needing just one authentic birth certificate. It should have been answered on day one of Obama’s bid for the presidency. At least by the time he had won the nomination. Could it be that in the 21st century the impossible has happened? A president is elected that doesn’t qualify constitutionally.

When Obama put his hand on Lincoln’s Bible and pledged to uphold the US constitution, if he were not a natural born citizen, it would be the ultimate act of hypocrisy. This national dilemma only arose because the DNC media just couldn’t let it go. They’re reporting on it morning, noon and night. Are you kidding? They’re ignoring this puppy like the plague.

Actually, busybody bloggers began pondering the possibility with all the secrecy over his birth certificate last spring. Jim Geraghty, reporting on the Campaign Spot, a National Review blog, cited the “unlikely” but circulating rumor that Obama was born in Kenya.

The law at the time stated that anyone born outside the country had to have one natural-born parent who had resided in the US for 10 years, at least five being after the age of 16. Obama‘s father was Kenyan, but his mother, Ann Dunham, was 18 when he was born. If true, then obviously she couldn’t have met that criterion.

But, later Geraghty saw Obama’s “real” birth certificate. Actually, it was an image posted on the Daily Kos website, and from that he concluded, “All of the information is what we have been told before: name, birth date, etc…” A WorldNetDaily investigation into Obama’s birth certificate utilizing forgery experts found his birth certificate to be authentic.

In addition, FactCheck.org on Aug.21, 2008 reported that they saw, touched and analyzed the birth certificate. They may have actually licked the darn thing. They even have photos that answer most if not all of the bloggers objections. And, they concluded, “Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said.” Case closed.

Well, not exactly. All was well, until Phil Berg, prominent Pennsylvania Democrat and a Hillary Clinton supporter, filed suit in US District Court, asking it to declare Obama ineligible for the presidency. Berg declares he’s “99.99 percent sure” that Obama’s birth certificate is forged, and he wants a court, not a website, to determine its validity. Especially the Daily Kos and FactCheck.org, Berg has extensive analysis that demonstrates how both websites have been in Obama’s court so to speak.

The suit alleges that while records exist of a “registry of birth” for Obama in Hawaii (filed four days after his birth), his mother was not in the US at the time of his actual birthing. Due to the advanced state of her pregnancy, she was denied boarding when flying back to the US. “Nobody wants to be birthing no babies” on a long flight.

In fact, Obama’s paternal grandmother claims that Obama was born in Kenya, and she was there. Berg has the actual interview conducted by Bishop Ron McRae of the Anabaptist Churches of North America. A research team also went to Mombassa, Kenya, and found a certificate registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr. at a Kenya Maternity Hospital.

According to Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the accused has 30 days to object to the charges. If not received, the accused legally admits to the matter. Obama never answers. Instead he and his DNC brethren chose to spend millions in motions filing for dismissal. Whereas presenting his real birth certificate, which he is so eager to do on the web, would be so much cheaper and much more final.

Berg actually has three cases pending. Berg vs. Obama challenges Obama’s citizenship. Another is Hollister vs. Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. Obama). Hollister is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel that can be recalled anytime by a sitting President. He wants to know whether he should obey Obama’s orders. The other case is “under seal,” and can’t be discussed.

Berg is definitely a man on a mission. He says that he’s doing all this to protect the US Constitution. No doubt, detractors, “Obamatons” of the DNC media, will accuse him of being just a disgruntled Hillary Clinton supporter still crying over her spoiled candidacy. Anyway, Berg’s website is obamacrimes.com where one can go investigate and draw his own conclusions.
